When being transported, be careful not to shake the machine violently or crash it with anything else; don’t put it outdoors or in the direct sunlight. If so, avoid rainfall; Store it in ventilated places out of erosive gases; Don’t put it up-side-down.
C. Installation and conditions:1. Put it stable on the ground level, use a suitable switch, a fusion and a protected mode near the warmer. Don’t store too much rubbish around to make it easy to operate.
2. The pressure should be the same as the machine’s (about +10%).
3. Make sure the wires contact well and firmly, the output is suitable and the ground wires are safe before using.

D. OperationAdd some plant oil to the two ends of the roller to make it move well.Connect the power and the light will be on, turn the switch K1 to start the motor, the roller will move too. Turn on the temperature controller and set the temperature to what you want. The temperature of the roller begins to rise, when it reaches the fixed temperature, it can be cut off itself, then the temperature drops; when it is lower to the fixed temperature, the controller will connect the power and heat again. Repeating this the temperature will be kept constant and the food is preserved.Suggestion: It is better to set the temperature to 1~2 when you roast hot dogs.
